CCMS Rules
These rules monitor the performance and availability of any metrics that are exposed by the SAP CCMS interface.
WMI Rules
Customers use the WMI Rules to process any SAP data that is exposed by the BAPI interface. The SAP system itself can reside on any operating system - Windows, UNIX, iSeries, etc. The built-in Rules Wizard allows customers to easily build custom WMI rules, providing a great deal of flexibility and power in monitoring SAP systems.
System Performance Rules
When running SAP in a Windows environment, these rules monitor the performance of the Windows Servers that support SAP.
System Service Rules
Any vital Windows service can be monitored with these rules. If any critical service stops or hangs, it can be restarted automatically.
Unix Rules
